Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) NV 1305
JOB SUMMARY:
An Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) administers occupational therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Occupational Therapist and Director of Clinical Services/ Nursing Supervisor.
Agency provides services to the following towns: : Vega Alta, Dorado, Toa Baja, Cataño, Corozal, Toa Alta, Bayamón, Naranjito, Orocovis, Barraquitas y Comerío.
The OTA will be assigned a route that will cover a combination of cities according patients' needs.

Requisitos: Requirements: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 1.Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy. 2.Valid Professional License. 3. Two (2) years of experience in similar position. 4. Experience in healthcare industry (Preferably in Home Care).
