Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) - Metro (1966)
JOB SUMMARY:
A Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) administers physical therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Registered Physical Therapist (PT). Agency provides services to the following towns: Guaynabo, San Juan, Trujillo Alto, Carolina, Loiza, Canóvanas, Rio Grande, Luquillo, Fajardo, Ceiba, Naguabo, Humacao, Yabucoa, Maunabo, Las Piedras, Juncos, San Lorenzo, Caguas, Aguas Buenas, Cidra Cayey. The PTA will be assigned a route that will cover a combination of cities according patients' needs.
This position includes a productivity bonus, a perfect attendance bonus, and a hiring bonus for regular full time positions.

Requisitos: Requirements: 1. Graduate from a two-year college level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association. 2. Currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing. 3. At least 6 months experience. 4. Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment. 5. Valid Professional Register, Vaccines Record for HepA, Varicela, Flu and Covid 19, BSLS/CPR, Law 300, Particle Test, Health Certificate, Good Conduct Certificate, Valid Driver’s license. 6. Available to work the cities that covers the Agency. Con Alguna Experiencia Requires Intermediate Experience
