IT Service Delivery and MSP Director

• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance service delivery capabilities and expand market presence. • Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of IT services, ensuring adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and contractual obligations. • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business needs and ensuring service excellence. • Lead a team of IT professionals • Manage budgets, optimize costs, and drive revenue growth within the MSP division. • Implement ITIL best practices for incident management, change management, and service delivery optimization. • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices for cybersecurity.

Requisitos:
 Requirements:
 • Proven experience (3+ years) in IT service delivery management, with a strong background in managing MSP operations and delivering complex IT solutions. • Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and guide teams to achieve business goals and exceed client expectations. • Expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, and financial management within a managed services environment. • In-depth knowledge of ITIL framework, service desk operations, and IT service management (ITSM) principles. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. • Strong background in compliance and cybersecurity best practices, including HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and other industry standards.
