Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate account balances.
Prepare monthly financial statements and record all transactions.
Supervise Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions.
Maintain client files and organized sales, purchase, and project-related records.
Verify, record, and process payments to suppliers according to terms.
Reconcile account statements and ensure data accuracy.
Record bank deposits and payments.
Requisitos:
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Accounting major). 5+ years of experience; 7–10 years preferred, ideally in the construction industry. Proficiency in English. Strong supervisory skills. Experience with accounting software; Sage 100 is a plus but not required.
