Senior Tax - Remote

Prepare and review Puerto Rico and Federal tax returns for individuals and business entities Review complex income tax returns to ensure accuracy and compliance Analyze client accounting records and ensure regulatory compliance Assist with bookkeeping and general accounting tasks as needed Prepare tax provision schedules and related documentation Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize client outcomes Identify and mitigate potential tax risks Stay current with changes in tax laws and regulations Improve tax processes by implementing best practices Provide leadership and support to team members when necessary

Requisitos:
 Requirements:
 Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (required) Experience with tax software and Microsoft Office Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Leadership and team management abilities
