Senior Assistant
The Senior Assistant serves as a high-level administrator in the Office of the President, supervised directly by the Chief of Staff (CoS) to support the President’s institutional agenda and ensure effective operations. The Senior Assistant provides high-level administrative support, coordination, and manages the President’s agenda under the direction of the CoS. This position provides mentorship to the Executive Assistant, fostering a culture of professionalism, accountability, and operational excellence, within the Office of the President. The Senior Assistant is responsible for coordinating and ensuring timely execution of strategic projects and activities, as well as, managing key internal and external communications with integrity and confidentiality.
Requisitos: Requirements: Requires a Master’s degree in an administrative or organizational field and at least five years of senior-level administrative or executive support experience. Demonstrated expertise in managing complex schedules, coordinating high-level meetings, and aligning activities with institutional priorities. Experience includes mentoring administrative staff, supporting executives and boards, and coordinating strategic projects with measurable outcomes. Strong skills in handling confidential records, ensuring compliance with institutional policies, and managing communications. Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on contracts, agreements, and partnerships. Proficiency in office and project management tools; certifications are desirable. Capable of working independently and in teams, with bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
