Director-Office of the Registrar
The Director of the Office of the Registrar is the senior academic and administrative leader responsible for the integrity and management of all academic records and registrar functions. Reporting to Academic Affairs, the Director ensures compliance with institutional policies, accreditation standards, and regulations such as FERPA. The role oversees enrollment, grading, academic evaluations, and graduation certification, while establishing policies and internal controls to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality. The Director supervises staff, manages budgets and audits, and promotes efficient operations. Additionally, the Director collaborates with university departments, supports strategic planning and data analysis, and contributes to academic integrity, institutional effectiveness, and student success.
Requisitos: Requirements: Requires a Master’s degree in Education, Higher Education Administration, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least eight years of experience in registrar operations or academic administration in higher education. Proven expertise in strategic leadership, office management, and oversight of enrollment, grading, academic records, and graduation processes. Ensures compliance with FERPA, accreditation standards, and regulatory reporting requirements. Skilled in policy development, data analysis, and supporting institutional planning. Experience in supervising staff, managing budgets, and promoting professional development and service excellence. Demonstrated ability to improve processes, implement best practices, and collaborate with stakeholders. Proficient in office and project management tools, able to work independently and in teams, and bilingual in English and Spanish.
