The Sales Assurance Analyst ensures the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of sales operations by identifying and resolving order issues (“fallout”), analyzing root causes, and implementing solutions to prevent recurrence. This role uses data analytics and collaborates with cross-functional teams (IT, Sales, Compliance) to improve processes, enhance system performance, and support operational excellence. Responsibilities include monitoring sales activities for policy adherence, generating reports to support decision-making, and assisting with system testing and optimization. The analyst also supports training initiatives and team development while maintaining a strong customer-first approach, directly impacting customer satisfaction and overall business performance.
Requisitos: Requirements: -Associate degree (preferred) -1+ year in customer service or similar role -Bilingual (English/Spanish) -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills -Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Power BI -Ability to analyze data and generate reports -Excellent communication and teamwork skills -Detail-oriented with strong quality focus -Able to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments -Flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays) -Willing to travel and work at different locations Con Alguna Experiencia Requires Intermediate Experience
