Group Leader Gamma Sterilization - Aibonito
Assists in implementing and coordinating daily activities in the manufacturing area to ensure manufacturing goals and project deadlines are met while maintaining compliance with current good manufacturing practices (cGMPs), environmental health and safety (EHS) guidelines and any other regulations that apply. Assists in implementing and coordinating daily activities in the manufacturing area while maintaining compliance with cGMPs, environmental health and safety (EHS). Monitors and controls labor efficiency, downtime, scrap, conversion loss and other KPIs. Assists in equipment troubleshooting. Audits manufacturing areas for compliance with specifications, documentation and procedures. Collaborates in the investigation and solution of quality issues and complaints. Assigns employees to specific jobs/job rotations and monitors personnel performance.
Requisitos: Requirements: Bachelor Degree with at least 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing process, preferably in pharmaceutical/solutions filling manufacturing environment. Ability to understand GMPs and other regulatory guidelines. Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a manufacturing plant setting. Ability to understand technical drawings. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with ability to interface well with other departments, and lead operators effectively and efficiently in a team environment. Good written and oral communication skills in Spanish and English. Computer skills (Microsoft Office and others). MUST be AVAILABLE for work a special shift: (Thursday & Friday 8 hours: 10:00 pm -6:30 am; Saturday & Sunday 12 hours: 6pm-6am). Training will be provided in day or evening (1st or 2nd Shifts).
