Math & Science Teacher — Middle School

We are seeking a Middle School Math & Science Teacher to teach Mathematics and Science in English to students in grades 6th through 8th. The ideal candidate must be fully bilingual, with strong English communication skills and the ability to deliver clear, engaging, and effective instruction in both Math and Science. Main Responsibilities: Teach Math and Science in English for middle school students, prepare lessons, support student academic growth, maintain classroom structure, and promote a positive learning environment focused on discipline, excellence, and student development.

Requisitos:
 Requirements:
 1- Bachelor’s degree required. 2- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish. 3- Teaching experience required, preferably in Math, Science, or middle school education. 4- Puerto Rico Department of Education teaching license (preferred, but not required to apply). 5- Must be available to submit required documents during the hiring process, including health certificate, certificate of good conduct, Law 300 certification, and any other applicable documents. 6- Responsible, professional, and committed to academic excellence.

 Arecibo Bilingual Academy has 16 years of educational experience and is transitioning from a private school to an Escuela Pública Alianza, EPA (Charter) starting in 2026. We are located in Arecibo, Barrio Bajadero, next to the expressway, with easy access and brand-new facilities currently under construction. Salary will be discussed during the interview, based on academic preparation, experience, and candidate evaluation. The position will include benefits, including health insurance.
