Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to prioritize workloads Previous customer experience is desirable. Excellent Excell, Word, PowerPoint, and reporting skills. Excellent interpersonal skills to deal effectively with patients, physicians, clinicians, and administrators. Excellent organizational skills and self-management skills to independently manage workflow. Learns and develops clinical skills to perform study tasks and perform procedures if necessary.
