Administrative Assistant
Responsible for handling administrative and operational tasks within the office, including phone calls, messaging through different platforms, preparing invoices and reports, submitting requests and proposals, managing contracts, sending check-in information, updating reservations, creating purchase orders, and assisting with any additional office or company needs as required. Maintained organized communication and supported daily business operations to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
