HR Coordinator-Part Time
Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, pre-screening, and onboarding.
Assist in the employee performance evaluation and development process.
Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable labor laws.
Support the management of benefits, absences, leaves, and payroll.
Collaborate on the implementation of training, wellness, and organizational climate programs.
Address employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and internal procedures.
Assist in the preparation of human resources reports and metrics.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and workplace safety regulations.
Serve as a liaison between management and employees to foster effective communication and resolve conflicts.
Provide general support to the Human Resources department.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requisitos: Requirements: Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field. Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in similar roles. Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
