Accounting Assistant
The Accounting Assistant will provide essential support to the accounting department by performing various financial tasks and ensuring accurate and efficient recording of financial transactions. The role involves maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, preparing reports, and assisting with administrative duties.
Requisitos: Requirements: Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Accounting* 1 year experience in accounting cycle or finance role. * Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish). * Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage 50, or similar systems). * Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and concepts. * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Professional communication skills, both written and verbal. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. * Familiarity with relevant accounting regulations and compliance standards. * Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
