Operations Manager – Tourism & Transportation
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Tripping Cool in San Juan. This role requires someone capable of leading staff, coordinating tour logistics, managing drivers and guides, and running operations independently when ownership is not present.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee daily operations of tours and transportation services.
· Manage and supervise drivers, tour guides, and operational staff.
· Ensure tours depart on time and run smoothly.
· Coordinate schedules for tours, vehicles, and employees.
· Resolve operational issues quickly and professionally.
· Maintain excellent guest service standards.
· Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety policies.
· Communicate with cruise port partners and tour providers.
· Provide leadership and maintain accountability among staff.
Requisitos: Requirements: Requirements · Minimum 3–5 years of management or operations leadership experience. · Strong leadership and team management skills. · Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. · Excellent problem-solving abilities. · Strong communication and organizational skills. · Professional attitude and strong work ethic. · Bilingual preferred (English and Spanish). Preferred Qualifications · Experience in tourism, hospitality, transportation, or cruise operations. · Experience managing drivers, tour operations, or logistics teams. · Knowledge of San Juan tourism industry.
