The Senior Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Officer provides oversight and coordination for the design, implementation, and evaluation of the School of Medicine's (SoM's) quality improvement initiatives. The role promotes a culture of continuous assessment, data-informed decision-making, and accountability across academic and administrative units.

Requisitos Requirements
Master's degree in health sciences, public health, quality improvement, evaluation, higher education, organizational leadership, or a related field required. Minimum of five ( 5) years of progressively responsible experience in quality improvement, program evaluation, institutional effectiveness, accreditation, or compliance. Experience in healthcare, higher education, or similarly regulated environments. Experience supporting accreditation processes and regulatory compliance ( e.g., MSCHE, LCME, or equivalent). Knowledge of continuous quality improvement methodologies ( e.g., Plan-Do-Study-Act ( PDSA) cycles, outcomes assessment). Track record in data analysis, assessment processes, problem-solving skills, and CQI implementation. Familiarity with statistical or analytical software ( e.g., SPSS or equivalent). Experience with learning management systems and data platforms (preferred). Competence to lead cross-functional initiatives, work independently, and as part of a team. Proficienc
