Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant serves as the sole operator of the accounting department across all Jump Sports business units, including court rentals, gym memberships, and hospitality operations. In this individual contributor role, full responsibility is held for managing the end-to-end full accounting cycle and daily revenue stream validation. The scope of the position spans from hands-on point-of-sale reconciliations to preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements directly to executive administration to drive strategic decision-making.

 Requirements:
 This position requires a Bachelor’s degree (BBA) in Accounting or Finance along with a minimum of 4 years of progressive, hands-on accounting experience. Candidates must possess comprehensive, hands-on knowledge and a deep understanding of bookkeeping fundamentals and the full accounting cycle, with a strong preference for individuals who have a proven track record of working successfully as a sole accountant, senior bookkeeper, or in a highly autonomous corporate environment. Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and advanced Microsoft Excel skills—including data sorting, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables—are essential. Prior experience in hospitality/lodging, multi-department retail, sports complexes, or recreational facilities is highly preferred. Additionally, candidates must be completely bilingual with fluent reading, writing, and speaking skills in both English and Spanish, and demonstrate strong self-management, top-tier organizational abilities, and excellent analytical skills to
