Old Crow Hotel & Suites
• Always welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently.
• Answer guest questions and provide information about the hotel and local attractions.
• Handle reservations by phone, email, and in person.
• Basic breakfast set up at least twice a week
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns.
• Maintain accurate guest records and billing information.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are guest-ready.
• Keep copious notes and follow up, as needed
• Recommend local restaurants, beaches, tours, and activities.
• Follow hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a safe and secure environment.
• Assist with other front desk and administrative duties as needed.
Requisitos: Requirements: • Previous hotel front desk experience preferred, but not required. • At least one year of customer service experience preferred. • Excellent communication and telephone etiquette. • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn hotel management software. • Must be reliable, punctual, and available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. • Act with Professionalism & Integrity Requiere Mucha Experiencia Requires Expert Beneficios: Benefits Package: See DTRH
