Construction labor/farm work

The job is located in Luquillo at one location for next 6-9 months and Fajardo (las croabas), and Luquillo (sabana) for the next couple years. I am a small general contractor/ home builder with immediately needs for skilled labor. Job is about 50% outdoor farm labor (brush clearing, weedwacking, fence work) and 50% construction (concrete, tile, painting, carpentry). Ideal person will start at 28hours per week (21 minimum), and up to 40hours. Monday-Friday, 7hour days (flexible days off, no weekend work).

Requisitos:
 Requirements:
 Vehicle (own transportation) is a must-have. No tools required, as I have everything necessary for job. Just bring your lunch (and your expertise), and a water bottle, as I provide cold drinking water. All work is outside. Some experience in local construction practices is necessary (not just painting), as concrete and tile work are the biggest projects that I have right now. Some English would be preferable, but not necessary. I have 10years here, and can communicate/ understand some Spanish.

 $15/hour to start. After 30 days review and explanation of construction experience, wage will be adjusted. Every 90 days, a review and wage increase is eligible based on experience/ cost of living increase
