Stay ahead of suppliers throughout the order process to keep shipments on schedule.- Solicit, compare, and help negotiate rates and terms with inland carriers and ocean freight forwarders to control landed cost and transit time.-File AES and prepare Bill of Lading instructions accurately and on time.- Keep the Sales department informed of order-receipt expectations.-Track orders against deadlines and update customers on shipment status and any changes in transit.
Requisitos: Requirements: 4+ years of experience in import/export, logistics, or supply chain.- Fluent in English and Spanish, oral and written.-U.S. Customs AES filing knowledge (required).-Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate clearly.- Detail-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency and effective follow-through.-Customer-service mindset.-Able to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
