As a Manager, your responsibilities would include: Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction. In conjunction with all Management, enforcing compliance with all employment policies and overseeing cleanliness of restaurant and safety of guests at all times. Providing or directing Front and Back of House training, including equipment maintenance and cleaning procedures Managing performance of Front and Back of House employees, including conducting performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs. Managing food costs, tracking waste, and controlling kitchen labor costs. Enforcing applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines Directing productivity to monitor and maintain efficient and effective food item ticket times Supervising and overseeing the production and preparation of food in a manner consistent with established recipes and procedures Overseeing the proper handling, maintenance, and st
