We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage our day-to-day financial data entry and record-keeping. In this role, you will maintain accurate financial records, handle accounts payable/receivable, and support payroll processing. You will work directly alongside our internal Finance Generalist and collaborate with our external CPAs. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with foundational bookkeeping experience to grow within a supportive team environment.

Requirements Some experience required (1–2 years of practical experience in an administrative accounting, clerk, or basic bookkeeping role). Hands-on experience using Sage 50 is strictly required. Associate degree or technical certificate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Bilingual Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel. High attention to detail, eager to learn, and comfortable working closely in a team environment.
