Premier Healthcare Compliance is hiring a Certified Medical Coder & Coding Auditor for a remote, full-time W-2 role in Puerto Rico. Conduct medical record and claims audits, review coding accuracy and billing compliance, identify documentation gaps, prepare audit reports, and recommend corrective actions. Support investigations and provider education while working with our compliance team.

Requirements:
Active CPC, CCS, CCS-P, COC, or equivalent certification. Minimum 3 years of medical coding experience and 1 year in coding audits, compliance reviews, or medical record audits. Knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10-CM, modifiers, and Medicare, Medicaid, or commercial payer requirements. Fluent English and Spanish, with the ability to prepare audit reports in English. Proficient in Excel, Word, and EMRs. Must reside in Puerto Rico, be authorized to work in the U.S., and have a secure remote workspace.
