We’re seeking an energetic, customer-focused Bartender to deliver fast, friendly service, craft quality drinks, and provide a welcoming guest experience. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and comfortable working in a busy bar environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and venue standards
Greet guests, take orders, and provide recommendations on drinks and menu items.
Maintain a clean, organized bar area; restock supplies and garnishes.
Accurately handle cash, POS transactions, and closeouts.
Check IDs and follow all alcohol service laws and internal policies.
Build rapport with regulars and contribute to a warm guest experience.
Assist with opening and closing duties, inventory counts, and basic bar prep.
Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen, and management.

Required Qualifications: Previous bartending experience. Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and wine; ability to follow recipes and create cocktails consistently. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Valid alcohol service certification (TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol, or local equivalent) where required. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
