Detail-oriented and organized Accounting Assistant with experience supporting daily accounting operations, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, data entry, and financial record maintenance. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software, with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Committed to maintaining accurate financial records, meeting deadlines, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.

Education, Licenses, Certifications, and Memberships Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting, Finance, or Management. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered acceptable. Experience Two (2) years of experience performing accounting cycle functions, including but not limited to accounts receivable, accounts payable, reconciliations, service billing, financial analysis, and administrative support for business operations.
