What You’ll Do:
• Develop new business with manufacturers, distributors, food and beverage companies, pharmaceutical and retail businesses, and other packaging and print buyers
• Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts
• Understand each client’s product, shipping, and branding needs and recommend the right box style, board grade, carton design, or commercial print solution
• Work closely with our estimating, structural design, and production teams to ensure orders are delivered on time and to spec
• Track leads, activity, and sales results
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals

Requirements:
• 2+ years of B2B sales experience; packaging, corrugated, folding carton, or commercial printing industry experience is a strong plus • Proven track record of meeting sales targets • Self-starter comfortable both finding new accounts and growing existing ones • Basic understanding of packaging or print production, or a strong willingness to learn • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to visit clients across Puerto Rico
