We are seeking a responsible, creative, and experienced Executive Chef to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality food, maintaining presentation and food safety standards, and supporting the efficient day-to-day operations of the kitchen.

Requirements: Culinary degree or professional culinary certification preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and kitchen operations. Full availability, including weekends and holidays. Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred. Minimum of 2-5 years of progressive culinary leadership experience. Skills Excellent knife skills and proficiency operating commercial kitchen equipment. Experience with menu planning, recipe adherence, and high-volume food production. Strong understanding of food safety sanitizing procedures and food handling regulations. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
