The core responsibilities of this role include: Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner. Handle customer concerns and escalations while providing exceptional customer service. Collaborate with internal teams and departments to resolve service issues and support daily operations. Accurately enter and maintain customer information, addresses, item counts, and other records. Monitor customer requests and ensure all information is updated and documented correctly. Support day-to-day administrative functions and assist with operational communication as needed.
