We are looking for a friendly and dependable person to join our team at the front desk. This role includes welcoming guests, providing basic concierge services, and keeping all front-facing areas clean, organized, and presentable.
Main Duties
Greet guests and assist with simple check-in/check-out tasks
Provide basic concierge services: directions, local recommendations, calling taxis, and helping with general guest requests
Answer phones and assist with basic questions
Housekeeping
Keep the lobby, front area, stairs, and storage area clean, including:
Windows
Front door glass
Crystal stair railings
Bathroom
Storage/almacen
Maintain a neat, professional front desk environment
Support the team with general tasks as needed

Requirements Strong communication and customer service skills Friendly, professional, and helpful attitude Reliable, punctual, and responsible Able to multitask and stay organized Basic English/Spanish (as needed) Hospitality or cleaning experience is a plus but not required
