Precio Olde towne restorationsThe job is very flexible in it's hours and/or days per week, but once a schedule is chosen by the prospective employee, punctuality is expected. Having own vehicle/ transportation is necessary, as well as being a self-starter (self-motivated) because the prospective employee will have lots of freedom to decide how/when each task is completed from the weekly list. We are only 40min drive from SJU, but I think the ideal prospect is already living locally and doesn't need to commute multiple hours each day from San Juan, although we are open to any qualified person.
