In shell condition, the former Cervantes Hotel features 12 rooms—6 junior suites, 5 master suites, and a grand presidential suite. This seven-story building is primed for redevelopment, with the first level offering a spacious restaurant space and outdoor seating—ideal for hospitality, boutique hotel, or mixed-use concepts. The building’s rooftop is its crown jewel, delivering sweeping Old San Juan views and the perfect setting for a future bar, restaurant, or exclusive guest amenity. Elevator service connects Levels 1 through 6, with private access to the presidential suite and rooftop from Level 7. The property requires restoration to reach its full potential, including electrical upgrades.
