Adecco is seeking an experienced and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to lead business development efforts targeting corporate accounts, group travel, incentive programs, and strategic partnerships. This role is responsible for generating revenue through proactive sales initiatives, maintaining strong client relationships, and positioning the resort as a preferred destination for corporate retreats, meetings, and executive travel.
The ideal candidate combines hospitality expertise with strong relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury resort environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of corporate or hotel sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong knowledge of corporate travel, group sales, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) markets.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English & Spanish.
Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and hotel sales platforms.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
