Utilities Supervisor - Carolina

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising work activities, employees, equipment, and resources to ensure safe, efficient, and timely project execution. Oversees utilities operations, maintenance, documentation, training, and regulatory compliance. Provides technical support, resolves operational issues, monitors quality and client requirements, and maintains strong customer relationships. Conducts employee performance reviews, promotes teamwork and continuous improvement, ensures administrative compliance, and communicates project concerns and recommendations to management. Performs additional duties as assigned.

Associate degree in engineering, Electronics, Mechanic, Refrigeration and 7 to 12 years of related experience Bachelor’s Degree Engineering, Science or related fields preferred. 5 to 10 years of related experience Experience in GMP regulated manufacturing environment and supervisory role.
