Human Resources Clerk
Responsible for employee file records, including file documents in the employee record or retrieving them as needed, and answering questions about records or files. Sort or classify information according to guidelines, such as content, purpose, chronological, alphabetical, or numerical order. Maintain updated filing, office supplies, and inventory of employee uniforms. Coordinates appointments for candidate interviews. Prepares recruitment packages for new hires. Prepares employee identification card. Perform the functions of a receptionist during lunchtime and when needed. Perform general office activities, such as typing, answering telephones, operating office machines, processing mail, or securing confidential materials. Requisitos: Requirements: -College or Technical Degree in Office Administration, Secretary, Human Resources, or other related area. -Minimum one year of experience in a similar position, preferred. -Minimum one year of experience in office clerk duties. -Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality. -Must be able to multitask and work independently. -Must be detail-oriented. -Some knowledge in Human Resources practice, a plus. -Knowledge in MS Office, including Word, excel, and outlook. -Must be full bilingual – English and Spanish Con Alguna Experiencia Requires Intermediate Experience Beneficios: Benefits Package: ¡Salario competitivo y beneficios!
