The Assistant Chief Pilot reports directly to the Chief Pilot. PIC must be in compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR), company operations manual/procedures, and applicable policies and procedures.
• Performing duties of line Pilot or Instructor Pilot when necessary.
• Assisting in the development of Standard Operating Procedures and qualification requirements for flight crews.
• Maintaining records about pilot certifications and currency.
• Issuing directives and notices to the flight crews as required.
• Ensuring that all aerodromes and routes served by the operator are operationally suitable and meet company requirements.
• Coordinating with ATC facilities regarding operating and flight plan requirements.
• Following up on any accident, incident, and other occurrence reports.
• Supervising aircraft crews and any other duties as assigned by the Chief Pilot.
Base salary $70k

Requisitos Requirements
Required Qualifications:
• Must meet the minimum qualifications required by 14 CFR Part 119.71
• Must possess a thorough knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs)
• Must possess a working knowledge of FAA policy and guidance documents.
• Must have demonstrated leadership abilities, interpersonal skills, and professional demeanor.
• Must not have any FAA violations, suspensions, or any criminal history.
• Must possess a valid US Passport and the ability to travel unrestricted.
• Minimum 2500 hours of flight experience
• Minimum 1000 hours Part 135 Flight Experience
