Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Review audit workpapers, financial statements, and reports for accuracy and completeness
Supervise and mentor audit staff, providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development support
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships through effective communication and collaboration
Perform audit procedures in accordance with applicable auditing standards and regulatory requirements
Evaluate financial statements for compliance with accounting principles and regulatory guidelines
Ensure adherence to firm policies, professional standards, and industry regulations throughout the audit process

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field CPA certification preferred (not required) Minimum of 7 years of experience in public accounting, with a strong focus on audit engagements In-depth knowledge of auditing standards, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance Proven experience leading and supervising audit teams Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
