We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support in a fast-paced retail environment. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle customer inquiries will be essential in ensuring a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others.

Bilingual (Spanish and English) Preferably. Microsoft Office proficiency: Especially Excel, I understand (Intermediate). Previous experience: Minimum of [2] years of experience in similar roles. Specific knowledge in accounts receivable management and payment dispute resolution. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts in a professional manner. Results-oriented: Ability to work under pressure and meet strict collection deadlines. Organization and attention to detail: Ability to manage multiple accounts, maintain accurate records. Education: Completed High School or university studies. Availability: Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours if necessary to meet collection goals.
