QRC Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent to support our clients' workforce needs across regulated and technical industries. The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience while meeting hiring objectives, quality standards, and recruitment metrics.

Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or a related human resources function. Experience recruiting for regulated industries, including Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, Manufacturing, or Engineering environments. Hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as Zoho Recruit or similar platforms. Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and professional networks.
