We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Client Services & Operations Coordinator to support the daily operations of a fast-growing financial advisory firm. This role plays a key part in client communication, administrative coordination, and operational efficiency.
The selected candidate will report directly to the Executive Team and assist in managing calendars, maintaining CRM organization, coordinating follow-ups, and supporting operational and compliance-related processes.
This is a high-trust position with direct exposure to executive-level workflows and financial industry operations.
Full-time job
Monday - Friday
8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Salary $13.00 hr.
Requisitos: Requirements: Bachillerato en administración de oficinas o relacionado Experiencia en un puesto similar. Orientado al Servicio al Cliente. Dominio de programas de Office(Word, Excel, Outlook) y otras aplicaciones de sistemas de oficina. Habilidades de organización, atención al detalle, comunicación verbal/escrita efectiva y discreción en el manejo de información confidencial. Patrono con igualdad de oportunidades en el empleo.
