Audit & Assurance Manager
Organize and oversee audit engagements, including resource allocation and scheduling.
Define budgets, monitor progress, and address billing-related matters.
Review documentation and ensure timely completion of audit deliverables.
Identify risks and propose solutions to ensure audit quality and compliance.
Assign tasks and manage staff workloads across engagements.
Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
Support professional development through mentoring and training initiatives.
Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the audit process.
Offer guidance on accounting and audit-related matters.
Identify opportunities for additional services and contribute to client retention.
Requisitos: Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (BBA) and active CPA license. Minimum of 3 years of experience in audit, including supervisory responsibilities. Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain attention to detail.
