Identify and develop new sales opportunities within assigned markets.
Manage and grow existing client accounts through strong relationship-building.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product/service information.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline updates.

Requisitos Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
2+ years of sales experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Must reside in Puerto Rico and be available for hybrid work (remote + in-office).
