Administrative Assistant
Provides administrative and secretarial support. In addition to typing, filing and scheduling, the administrative assistant performs duties such as, assisting with the payroll process, coordination of meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies, coordinating direct mailings, and working on special projects
Requisitos: Requirements: Completed Associate's or Bachelor's degree. Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience. Preferably familiarity with the construction industry. Bilingual (verbal and written). Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint) is required.
