The Maintenance Manager is responsible for administering and overseeing the preventive maintenance program for a mid-size hotel and casino, ensuring facilities meet brand standards and operational excellence. This role supervises the maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and landscaped areas, maintaining a safe and efficient environment for guests and staff.
Requisitos: Requirements: Minimum of 10 years of supervisory experience in maintenance within a mid-size hotel property.
Degree and proven experience in Facilities Management or a related field.
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
Availability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
