Customer Support & Content Intern ~
As a CX Knowledge & Content Intern you will play an essential role in supporting the Customer Experience team by reviewing, creating, and maintaining policy documentation, knowledge base content, training materials, and call center scripts for both Mobile and Fixed services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all customer-facing and internal content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with company policies and CX standards. You will contribute to improving the clarity and effectiveness of communications that directly impact customer experience.
Duration: 6 months
Requisitos: Requirements: Education and/or Experience: You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in: • Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, Law or a related field • Required to have strong writing, editing, or documentation experience (academic or internship preferred). Other qualifications: • Excellent typing and documentation skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy • Work independently and manage multiple tasks • Interest in customer experience, legal, telecommunications, or operations • Bilingual proficiency (English & Spanish) – required EEO / AA , "Patrono con Igualdad de Oportunidad de Empleo”.
