We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Assistant Manager to lead our restaurant team to success! This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality management and eager to make a positive impact in a fast-paced, vibrant setting.
Duties include:
• Managing daily restaurant operations, including shift management, staff scheduling, and payroll reporting.
• Oversee inventory control, including stock ordering, inventory reports and waste reduction to optimize resources.
• Utilize Clover POS systems for accurate sales, order processing, and sales reconciliation.
• Train, supervise, and develop team members in customer service excellence, and safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and health regulations .
• Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, HR, and implementing promotional initiatives to boost sales.

Requisitos Requirements
• Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within fine or casual dining environments.
• Strong background in restaurant and high volume bar inventory management.
• Demonstrated ability to use and manage Clover POS effectively.
• Experience supervising staff, conducting interviews, training & development programs, and managing shifts.
• Knowledge of inventory control practices, food safety standards, and hospitality management principles.
• Previous experience in fine dining or hotel food service environments is highly desirable.
• Leadership skills with a focus on team management, customer service excellence, and operational efficiency.
• Bilingual - Fluent in both Spanish & English
