Reservation Agent
The Reservations Agent anticipates guests' needs and maintains positive guest relations at all times. They are familiar with all hotel services and features, as well as local attractions and activities. The resolution of guest inquiries and complaints to ensure guest satisfaction is the ultimate responsibility of the Reservations Agent.
The tasks for this position can be performed in person "face to face", on the telephone and via email / online platforms, as well as any other office equipment designed for such purposes.
The Reservations Agent must monitor and maintain wait lists, cut-off dates, and monthly Wyndham Rewards enrollments.
