LIVE TWO MILES FROM CRASH BOAT BEACH. I'm hiring one person to live with and care for my father in Aguadilla. He's 72, has dementia, and lives alone. He's otherwise healthy, takes no prescription medications, enjoys company, and likes getting out and doing things.
This is not a typical caregiver job. It's a health, fitness, and companionship role with caregiving attached: walk with him after meals, prepare his meals and help him hit his protein target, do simple strength exercises with him, drive him to appointments, therapy sessions, and errands, and record meals, walks, sleep, and photos in the tracking app I built.
The best person is a health-and-fitness person first: a trainer, coach, surfer, or outdoorsy person. Full details are in the attached flyer.

100% fluent English, spoken and written (my father speaks no Spanish). CPR certification at minimum. A reliable car and a valid driver's license. Your own smartphone for the tracking app and daily communication. The patience to answer the same question five times without losing your kindness. A genuine interest in health, fitness, nutrition, and the outdoors. Caregiving, EMT, CNA, or nursing experience is a strong plus. The application takes about 20 minutes and includes a short video.

Live-out option: $20/hr. 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Saturday, Sundays off. Paid 90-day trial with check-ins at 30, 60, and 90 days. $500 referral bonus if I hire someone you refer and they stay 60 days.
