DMC Account Manager - Professional Services

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to support client programs on a professional services contract basis. This role manages programs from confirmation through execution, acting as the primary liaison between clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and high satisfaction. The ideal candidate is highly organized, client-focused, and experienced in destination management or meetings and events. Key Responsibilities • Serve as main point of contact for assigned accounts • Manage programs from contract handoff through execution and wrap-up • Coordinate logistics including hotels, transportation, activities, F&B, staffing, and off-site events • Manage budgets, invoices, timelines, and client materials • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders • Anticipate needs, resolve issues, and support on-site execution

 Qualifications • 3–5+ years of experience in destination management, events, meetings, hospitality, or related professional services • Proven account management and client-facing experience • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Knowledge of Puerto Rico destinations, suppliers, and logistics strongly preferred • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools • Bilingual English/Spanish Contract Details • Professional services / independent contractor position • Flexible workload based on program volume • Competitive contract compensation, commensurate with experience • Remote work with availability for on-site program support in Puerto Rico Why Work with Interactive DMC • Work with a respected, creative destination management team • Collaborate on high-level incentive and corporate programs • Flexible c
