We are seeking a highly reliable and detail-oriented Household Manager / Personal Assistant to oversee daily home operations.
This role includes full-spectrum household support, including cleaning, organizing, meal prep, errands, and vendor coordination.
You will be responsible for keeping the home consistently clean, organized, and running efficiently at all times.
Responsibilities include:
* Daily and deep cleaning
* Laundry and organization
* Grocery shopping and inventory management
* Structured meal prep
* General assistant duties (running errands, coordinating travel)
* Scheduling and coordinating maintenance
* Managing and communicating with service providers
This is a hands-on role for someone who takes ownership, anticipates needs, and executes at a high level without constant direction.

Requirements
* Full Days Mondays + Thursdays (more days available if needed)
* Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
* Prior experience as a house manager, personal assistant, cleaner, or similar role required
* Strong attention to detail with high cleanliness standards
* Comfortable performing both daily cleaning and periodic deep cleaning
* Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities independently
* Able to cook competently and follow structured meal prep plans
* Comfortable running errands and managing household logistics
* Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
* Trustworthy, punctual, discreet, and respectful of privacy
* Able to coordinate vendors and oversee home-related projects
* Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
* Must be willing and able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
