ADMISSIONS AND PROMOTION COORDINATOR
Searching for a qualified Admissions and Promotions Coordinator who is bilingual, to assist with admissions inquiries, schedule tours and placement tests, and support enrollment processes. Maintain records and reports, respond to calls and emails, and provide excellent service to prospective families. Promote the school through social media, events, and marketing materials, including capturing photos and videos. Support administrative projects and ensure accurate data and permissions for student participation in media.
Requisitos: Requirements: Associate Degree in Marketing (preferred) with at least 2 years of experience in marketing. Must be fully bilingual (English/Spanish), Professional appearance and behavior, Must be computer literate (Office 365), and have excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to adhere to school policies and procedures. Ability to organize, prioritize & respond to deadlines while working on multiple tasks. Maintain stict confidentiality.
